According to Footmercato, Gisolfi will leave Rome, who is interested in Marcia, Masala and Barzareti.
The news that Rome director Gisolfi is about to leave the Rome club has been confirmed within the club. The Frenchman just took office last fall and is now leaving a vacant position in sports director.
Currently, three candidates are considered for replacement positions, namely Marcia, Marsala and Barzareti.
Among these three candidates, Marcia and Masala are in the lead. The former is appreciated for his deep understanding of the Spanish market and his image as a "constructive manager"; the latter has worked in Rome, recently worked in AC Milan and Rennes, and has many supporters within the club. The final decision is expected to be made in the next few weeks.
