Deportivo La Coruña forward Jeremiah won the best player award in La Coruña last season selected by the Spanish Professional Footballers Union (AFE). Recently, the Spanish forward was a guest on the "El Larguero" program of Radio Ser and had a conversation with the host Manu Carreño. Yeremayi said: "It's still quite far away now. I'm still playing in the second division and I need to keep working hard. I hope it can come true one day. That would be great."

Yeremayi said: "It is true that playing in the lower first league will be more difficult, but football is the same. The same goes for the court, the ball is still round (laughing). Yeremayi also revealed that he had received invitations from other clubs, but ultimately chose to stay in Deportivo.
Jeremayi said: "Staying in Deportivo is the best decision I can make. My goal is to lead the team to upgrade. Playing for Real Madrid or Barcelona is of course a dream, but being able to wear Deportivo's jersey and play in La Liga is the most wonderful thing for me."
