Today, Heat coach Spoelstra talked about the feeling of being elected as the coach of the US men's basketball team when connecting with Kendra Andrews.

Spoelstra said: "I want to say thank you very much. It is a lifetime honor to be part of the US Men's Basketball Team and represent this country. I am very lucky to be selected as the US Men's Basketball coaching staff in 2021 and play alongside Popovich.
