Recently, Lakers forward James was a guest on his wife Savannah's podcast "Everybody 's Crazy" interview in the second part.

Looking back on his views on spouse selection, James said: "I think it depends on what stage of life you are in. I have different stages of life. Earlier, I needed someone who could take care of the family. I didn't trust anyone except my mother to come into the house. If If we were to start a family, I would need a nurturing partner while I was working outside the home and trying to be who I wanted to be.

“I feel like as I get older, you start to see more in your partner and see what they want to do. You'll feel more comfortable with yourself and your partner, and you'll see your children growing up. You'll accept them to shine even more.

"Personally, if I were single now, I would not choose a stay-at-home partner. With my 40-year-old status and current status, it is unacceptable for me to go home and see a person just sitting on the sofa every day. As far as my current life situation, I also know what she (wife Savannah) is like. She Sometimes I’m at home with Zhuri (the James’s daughter), and sometimes when I get home, she’s not at home, she’s gone to work. She’s maybe out visiting Bryce, who’s in college.

“I think it depends on who you are and where you are in life, and everyone’s choices are different. It went through different stages for me as well. "
