Recently, Randall talked with reporter Mark Medina about his offseason training and his prospects for this season's All-Star Game.
"From the overall environment, whether it is the work atmosphere, Coach Finch, or the management such as Connelly, these people have been very good to me. From a basketball perspective, I have a good grasp of what the team needs me to do... Whether it is catching and shooting three-pointers, or improving my dribbling and low-post offense skills, I can affect the game in many ways... Some nights I may score more, but I can affect the game in various ways, such as rebounding, advancing the ball, driving early offense, passing the ball." Randall said.
When talking about the All-Star prospect, Randall said that he is more focused on team success. He said: "I do think it is possible. But for me, the most important thing is to help the team win at a high level...At the end of the day, my goal is to win a championship."
